Refund Policy

At Modern Woman MedSpa, we are committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.

1. Services Rendered

All sales are final for services that have been completed. Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued.

 
2. Prepaid Packages
 
Credits for unused treatments in prepaid packages will be issued for use towards any other treatment in the office within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Credits will be prorated based on the full price of services already rendered (not the discounted package rate).
Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase, and no refunds will be issued for unused treatments beyond the expiration date.
 
3. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows
 
At Modern Woman MedSpa, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) or no-shows will incur a $50 fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
 
4. Adverse Reactions and Dissatisfaction
 
If you experience an adverse reaction to a treatment, please contact us immediately to provide appropriate follow-up care at no additional cost.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to schedule a consultation to discuss your concerns.
 
5. Refund Exceptions
 
In the rare event that a service is cancelled by Modern Woman MedSpa due to unforeseen circumstances, we will gladly refund your purchase price in full.
