ABOUT THE MODERN WOMAN

Our providers and office team are working diligently together to continue providing our patients excellent patient care while maintaining all required COVID-19 safety recommendations from the CDC and Sonoma County Health Department. Please be patient when you visit our office as we make every effort to keep our patients, providers and team as safe and healthy as we possibly can. These efforts will include screening questions and information provided to you from the very beginning, when you call our office to schedule your appointment. We must unfortunately only allow the patient themselves to enter the office. All other family members must remain at home or waiting in your car. We will require a temperature scan for everyone before they enter the practice, and we urge you to please stop at the entrance and follow the posted guidelines. All patients and staff are required to wear masks, and all persons in the practice must make an effort to maintain six foot distancing when at all possible. We are cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces in exam rooms between every patient, and cleaning and disinfecting all common areas in the practice multiple times a day.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE YOU IN THE PRACTICE IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19 OR BEEN TESTED FOR COVID-19 IN THE PAST 14 DAYS.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO, OR ENTER THE PRACTICE, IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS KNOWN TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE COVID-19 VIRUS.

  • Cough
  • Runny nose or congestion not related to seasonal allergies
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
